Agromar Mussels in Garlic, Chili & Olive Oil - Linguine

All you need is a Tin of Agromar Mussels in
Garlic, Chili & Olive Oil
, sliced shallots,
butter, dried mixed herbs & a
500g pack of linguine or spaghetti.

Get your salted water boiling and
your pasta cooking.

In a large pan on a medium heat add a few knobs
of butter, all the liquid/oil from the tin
and sweat off your sliced shallots (2 will do). 

Roughly chop the mussels (It's ok to leave them
whole if you like) Though I feel the flavour
incorporates better this way. Feel free to
take out the little chilli that is
packed with the mussels.

When the past is nearly ready add the mussels to
the pan and a full ladle of the water
from the pasta. Here you can add a few
pinches of dried mixed herbs
or chopped fresh parsley.

When the pasta is "al dente" add it straight to the
pan and gently toss with the mussels.
Check your seasoning and add
some Salt & Pepper if Needed.

Finish with some grated Parmesan
or Grana Padano... yum!
